Look at how 10,000 flashlights shining on a thin board won't do anything except illuminate it, but if you FOCUS the light into a laser you can cut a hole thru inch thick sheet metal. 

It is glue down thick vinly/rubberized plank flooring that is very easy to install and almost indestructible. 

It's thick enough so others can't see what you have in the folder.  

You need thick skin you need to be as savage as the people who live there to get the money ..a lot of people on here think you can only make money in b class suburbia .heck some people on here are happy to get 50-100$ Monthly profit on a 200k+ house and they pat themselves on the back because they didn’t have to drive through the low income areas in their Range Rover and get  freightened when they saw poor people that look and live different from them .look  If you can handle it there is plenty of money ...but it is not easy and requires a different approach many would be unwilling to take . 

We've all done bone headed things while working our way up in the business (myself included) wasn't trying to offend you but you don't learn from them if someone doesn't tell you why you were wrong and you really need a thick skin to succeed in rental real estate.

I am literally in the thick of this right now.

Wholesaling is the default 'investor' choice by most members here at bigger pockets that lack time and money - since it doesn't require any startup capital, no training, and no licensing. 95% of the wholesalers I've encountered read a couple posts or a book, figured out they can get rich quick wholesaling to stupid investors, and jump right into the thick of things.

Well this is where it's getting thick.

It's as thick as a phone book, but I found lots of great ideas to incorporate into my direct response marketing methods.

It has been amazing & maintenance free.I recently went to a trade show & they had several booths with much the same product we used so its getting popular & some of them are now applied/sprayed on as a 2-3inch thick walk-on insulating foam impervious to moisture.
