Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – so, they often select the first PMC they call or that calls them back!

(Not to make it an Eminem song, but we ALL only have one shot on this rock)...Have you thought about getting rid of the headache ones and then concentrate on the ones that are performing well?

And, of course, shop with at least 3 lenders.
