As far as we can tell they only have one person that does everything, with offsite help brought in when needed (when the customers are screaming!).

Getting into a screaming match with the tenant doesn't look great for anyone involved, particularly over something like (clean) laundry.

I am now just a bit paralyzed on a deal I thought screamed Subject to because of the presence of Ocwen.

west coast builders have to pay more for lots than what you enjoy in TExas.except for hang over inventory which is basically done with.it cost us 35 to 50k PER LOT just to do the underground ,  permiting for the underground and dirt and paving work... then you have to buy the dirt.. which in our area is 30 to 50K per paper lot.. so any lot under 60k is a screaming deal... with lot prices for 400k specs running 100 to 120k. 

I'm wondering if it might be worth attending for the chance to meet some other investors or if this will be a room full of wanna-bes screaming chants and running to the stage for a free pen.Is there anyone out there with experience?
