We have worked with 4-6 contractors (different skills) now and the ones that add on extras we tend to remove from our rotation.

They are far better than Walmart etc cheap towels.We still have most of the original towels in the rotation after 6 years.

I actually did some internet searches and was never able to get anyone to call me back as I targeted Vetrans agencies.Basically in a nut shell you are a long term Air B&B. so you will need to provide furnishings and likely rotate roommates in and out of the property - which the "agency" will help you with.I was disappointed but if anyone out there had better luck getting in touch with the "agencies" that are in need of this type of housing I'd love to know who they contacted and how it went.

We all know that there's several PMS that offer to automate your reviews and retain the capability to rotate canned reviews and dole them out to past guests to fool the platforms into thinking such reviews are real and organic.Automating your reviews also systematically destroys the fabric of trusted reviews that's the foundation for every of STR platform.

Family side there was some strain =)  I want to be the sole decision maker on this next one, which is why I didn't really want to partner with them.My original thought was to pay them 10% interest on the amount borrowed plus 15% of the total profits, so it would give them equity interest in the property but that gives them no collateral still.
