I'd like to revisit this question about finding an attorney in Connecticut that conducts double closings.This seems like an awful important issue for those who are focusing on wholesaling.Am I wrong?

Try the "E-myth revisited" also, by the title I thought it was about e-commerce, but its not.

It's also a good kickstart program if you have no online marketing experience.I'll post more feedback when I have time to revisit the program.

With FHA, if repairs are required by the lender because of something noted on the appraisal, the appraiser would just need to revisit the property to verify that the repairs were made. 

Trying to revisit this topic again...For HML, the advantages seem to be only that it's quick and you can finance properties that conventional banks will not.

Account Closed you might want to revisit your screening process and do a bit of research on proper screening -- always having problems with a tenant leaving without letting you know(or being evicted), and actually damaging the property makes it sound like a problem somewhere in your process.
