What do you think are the best neighborhoods (low crime, good schools, able paying tenants, close to transportation, shops, restaurants, etc.) and which areas you would stay away from ?

They were founded in Oregon (primarily on the Coast) and have grown rapidly into a unicorn public company as the largest vacation rental PM in the world* for vacation rental owners.

That's why I am building a hybrid hotel/apartment community with automated entry, exit, and communication, on site amenities (pool, gym, laundry, outdoor courtyard with kitchen), located in the shopping and restaurant areas, and adjacant to major transportation corridors. 

The Small Book (The Law) was harder, but since Real Estate Commissions' sole purpose is to protect the public from unsavory brokerage practices, that's what you need to study the most. 

I should probably give some highly corporatized reply or something, but honestly seeing Alan and Kirt's names drawn into a public forum is hurtful to me.
