There are definitely a litany of different options to get into when you are first starting down, and I find that the most successful investors we work with are very niched down and know their target properties. 

I prefer durability and simplicity over style. 

I personally prefer to be more on the advising and relationship side so I can give my clients more tailored solutions, help them avoid pitfalls, connect them to people that can help them grow and structure their portfolios and I treat this industry more as a relationship business rather than a transactional business. 

Connect with realtors on your preferred locations - realtors who are also investors and will have your best interests at heart.

Alot of wholesalers seem to prefer propstream.

States like Delaware, Nevada, and Texas are often preferred for forming LLCs because they have favorable tax laws and lower regulatory burdens.
