Also try Lyons Credit Union, they are the only one that does Mobile Homes that I know of so they may have a program that low.Good Luck!

A mobile home might work out but watch the space rent as that can be a killer and they may be harder to fill a vacancy. 

Within rentals you can look at SFH, condos, student housing, multi-family, mobile homes, etc.

@mindyjensen it's frustrating to spend time on a post from a mobile device only to see it formatted in a blob like seen above.

Then I will be looking for another mobile home park.
