Good news is because I'm in North Loop Neighborhood Planing, I most likely qualify for Small Lot Amnesty since my land was platted before 1946 (I'll probably start another thread on this to see if others have done this).

or the cash to go to Europe for another week every year, or start that dream business that you put away when the real world hit you, or like so many around here, buying a small plane and flying for fun.

I've been researching airplane flying and I think I won't let the instructor know I'm taking the plane out for a spin tonight.

Those plane tickets, hotels, rental cars, etc. aren't free.

It might be easier to manage a first property that's a quick trip in the car rather than a plane ride, even if you plan to use a property manager.Best of luck!

get creative with down payments ( ask if they have something to trade with ,could be anything , boat ; car ;      gold ;diamonds ; plane ; IRA ; anything )2. you will get to raise the price when you do this .3.  

If you are doing large capital improvement it is a pain in the butt jumping on a plane to manage those.
