Then you can mail or cold call or both.Other cheap or free methods are driving for dollars, craigslist, Realtors, FSBO sites, expired listings, foreclosure sites and bandit signs if allowed.If you have the funds you can use billboards, newspaper ads, other offline publications., TV commercials, radio ads, motivated seller website, SEO, pay per click/adwords, facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, and other forms of online advertising and boosted/promoted social media postings.Bottom line is consistency.

Seeking any responses from forum and BP members if you would like to talk more offline, or reply here if you are of interest.This would be/could be a wonderful military public affairs type story that I would work with the USMC Reserve command (Lambert Airport) in the local area and seek for as much 'good story' media coverage if that would be something of interest.

I liked the strategy as a lot of this is focused on the bigger cities and that may not be where people are wanting to live however they were close enough to big cities where families can get to them in a reasonable time for visits, etc.Get w/me offline and I'll get you a number / contact.

Find good contractors by networking online here on BP and offline by attending your real estate investors association.

There is a WV Landlord Association but most stuff they do is offline.
