I'm a newbie...anyone have advice for the pro's and cons of these small loans or anything to be on look out for?

So do you think as a newbie something to look into might be buying SFH placing a tenant and property manager then just selling the property for say $10,000 more.

Don't get me wrong the money is great and there will be LOTS LOTS more to be made once the market corrects itself and all the newbies go back into hiding, but it's all about doing something good and helping others.
