Her bad score is mostly due to education loans that she had not been paying till she secured a job and a nasty divorce 3 years ago.I get a lot, in my area, with bad credit scores but when I look the literally pay all their bills except their student loans which they pay on and off.

So when we did the loan that Wells was questioning, one of the underwriters conditions was a REALLY GOOD explanation as to why he was buying another primary residence that was literally less than one mile away from his current residence, which he also just happened to buy less than a year ago.

We requested the dismissal paperwork which their attorney literally said, "Your client is asking for a unicorn," claiming no such paperwork exists and we were foolish to think a receipt was necessary for these violation fines.
