CrowdStreet, a prominent real estate crowdfunding platform, recently faced significant issues related to its escrow practices, particularly involving investments with Nightingale Properties.

I wonder if it has anything to do with airbnb's push to promote this profile as a new listing on their platform?

They are a good platform if you have over 100 units.We also had some of our members switching to DoorLoop.

Any other social media/marketplace platforms? 

I'm avoiding deals provided through platforms like FundRise, RealtyMogul, CrowdStreet, etc since often times those deals are the worst in terms of performance. 

Hospitable is a lot of people's favorite and is very strong on guest messages with their AI platform.

The platforms have issues.

BUT for every legit problem they "uncover" they report 10 "problems" that are total BS!!!
