Has the changes in legislation in re: to hotel taxes or allowable days a home can be rented per month effected your business?

Don't formally convert to a duplex but see if there is in-law unit or accessory dwelling unit legislation that is often less stringent.

Have you seen legislation being passed in some states imposing restrictions on landlords rights.

I feel the approx $1000/annual cost is well worth it for the representation at a state legislation level, advertising, and use/credibility of the word "Realtor".

Cody Evans Somebody has to show houses still especially if owner not around and I have seen so many FSBOs blatantly disregard disclosures that I can see legislation closing that off.
