I have spoken with Quicken developers @ Intuit and they know about couple issues we found, but it is not on their top of the list. 

When he pushes for a reason I can't/won't do it (this guy knows I have pulled and rebuilt engines in multiple vehicles), I tell him:If I do this job, it's going to take 6 months, as I have a lot of things going on;There's no warranty at Joe's garage - if I bust something, or something else goes wrong, you're on your own;We have to live next door to each other, and this is only going to either make you mad (too long, too expensive) or me mad (too long, poor expectations).My intuition was right.

@Lindsey Spivey I think your intuition on this one is right. 

New industries replace the old.One side relies on feelings, intuition and half considered data. 

Gotta think counter intuitively. 

This is a big issue for me as when I had it set up like that briefly, it was not intuitive and I spent some time trying to show applicants the process.

I have found that to be more intuitive than Xero and it has a good app as well.

@Bruce Woodruff but isn't it counter intuitive for employers not to raise salaries if everything else is going up?

Fairly intuitive and comparable (at a basic level) to ESRI.  

@Ashley Yoviene what you say, intuitively makes sense to me. though I'd rather invest in Nashville, because of appreciation and growth, it's going to take WAY more money esp in today's market. and not everyone is trying to buy in Toledo like they are in Nashville right now so it's a lot less less intimidating for a newbie like me!
