What are the steps for going from your first duplex to the second duplex (or triplex/fourplex even) a year later?

I haven't found time to dig into that Roth conversion ladder, and will soon.My mind right now is simply on downwardly adjusting our 529 contributions, perhaps forgoing the CESA (Coverdale) contributions entirely, and starting/continuing to contribute to a Roth IRA independent of the Traditional Self Directed IRA that's already going.
