Moving forward if I go down this route I would allow dogs (most of them) and include those necessities such as a washer dryer, other items that not only enhance the stay but add some character to the property.

@Jesse Stein I am unaware of this nor do I believe it's common, but if the closing attorney and lender have agreed to this arrangement, then it appears all other options have been exercised.
