I went with Steadily for my MTR and added the STR endorsement (there is no MTR option) because their definition of tenancy for the landlord policy is 1 year or more, so MTR would not be covered.

If there was a survey endorsement then the title company should definitely be liable for missing the survey not comporting with the metes and bounds and the legal attached to the deed.

I would suggest not writing a lease. use ones that are legitimate, plain language leases that are endorsed by the local Magistrates and the association of realtors.
