Hello Everyone,So after months of hard work I got a call off of one of my bandit signs for a 4/1 home that is owned by an elderly women who downsized and is renting the house to a couple. 

Those institutions have a program for minority owned, small and women owned business but that doesn't mean a newbie note investor is going to walk up to a window to buy a single loan or two.  

And I would phone all the references myself, even if I used one of those screeners.Only law enforcement people are empowered to search crime databases nationally, as far as I can tell.

You should check into the women's investment club in Glendale not just for women.

Hello Jill DeWit i was looking at your page im very inspired ,expecially as a women , i just wanted to ask u how did u start wholesaling and how has your journey been?

I've experienced that to a small degree, when I thought a bathroom design looked fantastic, i.e. modern, slick, impressive, but just to hear the majority of women say it was too manly or just not like it the way I did.

(Mail men/women, contractors,etc.)
