Unfortunately, even in an RV park the code still only permits people to stay for 6 months (see 8. e.)

Otherwise, going from one to the other (walking home from work, then armchair in the evening) is awkward and time-consuming.Please investigate what it would take to add this feature to all Bigger Pockets books that include both audio and e-text editions!

@Henry Washington you should think of putting this together in a blog or an e-book ( obviously you will need more meat to it !!!).

I like to complete everything but the purchase price and bring a few copies with me in case the seller is ready to sign on the spot.You can sign the contract in person or I have sent a signed contract to a seller and had them sign it, scan, and e-mail it back to me.

If it is not in an LLC, you can report 50/50 the income and expenses on each person's Schedule E.
