A guy told me some of the old furniture buildings are being made into tourist destinations.

That's not to say BM isn't its own destination, but traffic is tiny compared to what's going to Asheville.The last thing I would mention about the market is this: nightly rates are dropping and quickly.

We chose the Carolinas.. at least for newer builds etc.. especially Charleston.. scarcity.. its surrounded by water on 3 sides and the 4th side has Boeing Volvo Mercedes and one of the largest tourist destinations on the East coast after NYC and DC.. 

Boston is a desirable travel destination, maybe you can factor in AirBNB for your multifamily and see if that makes the numbers work. 

They moved the vehicles back to the side of the street except one, because it belongs to a friend who is now on a cruise and they don't have the key to the vehicle.So they are letting friends stay overnight while they are out of town, they are letting friends park there since it's closer to the airport. 

In Florida's vacation destinations - like beach towns - the more bedrooms the better. 

We are also looking into going the Airbnb route for vacation destination spots around the country, but I can make that a separate post if need be.Does anyone in the community have good experience/suggestions for areas with companies looking for housing solutions?

Scottsdale is the destination area for travelers coming to Phoenix.
