I took my lot rent (at full price, NOT reducing the lot rent to the competitor's price) and added $130 figuring that's about what I could get a $20000 mortage on a home for.Hopefully this, together with my previous reply, gives you the bulk of what you would need to evaluate this situation.

As the landlord, you can set up an account for the renter at RentReporters.com (or their competitors) to help them build credit by just paying their rent.

During this time, I have not only had two children graduate from college and high school but the company I have been working for almost 9 years in Tampa, FL was just acquired by its competitor and provided me with the reason I needed to take the steps necessary to go into RE full time.
