Cary, Apex, Holly Springs , Fuquay Varina will also meet the criteria but expensive from a price point perspective

When you compare it to North Raleigh or Cary/Apex, Garner definitely has room to grow in prices and in general.

You need to give her notice of lease violation for High Traffic.. associated with just what you think,, drugs, prostitution. and unauthorized  people.Put tow notice up in your parking lots No unauthorized vehicles, give each tenant a contact slip to fill out with details about their cars,, you can issue parking pass but basically you want them to know.. your watching inside and out and if car is there it's gonna get yanked if it's not on your list. and you can ask for proof of ownership so that one tenant doesn't list 10 cars.

Using your fallacy argument I can say driving a car is dumb, because what if someone is drunk, they can run off the road a die because of driving, or get arrested and go to jail for driving.

That’s like saying the person who worked on my car is holding it hostage until he gets paid - yet, if he chooses, he still owns all the parts on my vehicle he replaced - and all the time he put into the repair means he will own my vehicle forever.
