This should come as a blessing to penny pinching landlords, there's ALOT of factory workers out of work now, so cheap labor is plentiful.

Given you have full occupancy thus indicating good demand, I’d start marketing the salon space for a new user/use.The current madness will NOT persist very long given this is not a virus with high double digit fatality rates.The real issue is that your business as saloon isn’t working, so count your blessings and transit to being a landlord instead.

This  provides less risk but also allows me to take advantage of the 30% market drop we have just witnessed.

They are a blessing and a great help.

I have been blessed with both mentors and coaches. 

Im blessed that my job schedule allows me to have an ample amount of days off per month, because of this I’m leaning towards going down the path of BRRRR or owner occupied type investments.
