Currently I run QuickBooks, but their claim is there’s no need for QB as their accounting and reporting is a QB replacement.Should I be running QuickBooks along side Buildium or ditch QuickBooks and solely use Buildium?

You can close in an LLC and avoid the loan being reported on your personal credit report.

I know on some of my payoffs the borrower might not use all the draw money but they paid for the money with advanced fees and Dutch interest so we can wire them those funds when it closes.

I've found that using thia tool has significantly improved my communication with tenants and reduced the number of late rent payments.Finally, I appreciate the reporting functionality.
