I agree that a blending is fine and no less admirable than building strictly passive income.

Jozelle B. what your mom did was admirable and very understandable given the long term payoff of making sure you grew up in a good area near good schools but she also paid a great price in doing so.

I admire the aggressiveness, but temper this with a broader knowledge of subsequent processes.

I admire your pain with taking on a renovation project such as this.You, apparently ,were given an avalanche of opportunities to create a place of pride and long term hold if you choose.
