You might like to buy beer from a large vendor like Total Wine or a huge grocery store chain or you might like to go to that small corner store that gives you great service and recommendations...and often times great prices. 2) You can visit every liquor store in the state, or you can visit a couple in your neighborhood and figure out who has the best service and pricing.

And your buyers make no mistake your only as good as your last deal..Whereas if your in the real estate industry there are all sorts of avenues you can pursue and many at the same time.. its just crazy in my mind not to have a license it opens many doors.. my most valuable contacts have come from being an agent.I once listed a small acreage in the wine country in northern ca.. over the phone.. sold it.. no other agents could get it sold..
