We have lake waco, brazos and bosque river for water supply and many deep aquifers.

Hey, I might be buying my first turnkey rental property in the SWAN area in Grand Rapids.

That being said, the neighborhoods off of International Blvd as you head away from Lake Merritt are worth taking a look at.  

They also own several other companies such as Foremost and Kraft Lake to name a few.

Not big enough to spend the time to foreclose and not big enough for a borrower to fight either (if they had the means and time)I'm headed out to Lake Powell right now.

I owned 700 acres out in Willimina worth over 3 mil. and my tax's were less than 2k a year.you pay tax when you harvest the tree's a once very 60 year event..I am in Lake O and my property is right at 1 mil and my taxs are 9k.. for instance.

I'm looking though some tax deed auction listings in Florida and I see that some parcels have oddball Property Uses (eg R/W Buffer, River/Lakes, Residential Common Area/Element).Is there ever any value in buying one of these?

Well I guess this is just a Craigslist issue, but using IFTTT to try to pull some leads.I've read up on how to modify searches using "|" and "-" for adding or eliminating.When using the | I'm not getting the same results as if I search separately.Example is in LA, I did a search for Montrose|Toluca Lake and Montrose isn't showing up in the results.
