What helped me on my journey was keeping a journal of my thoughts.

I am looking for some tips/guidance on how to secure the next property.I am also ordered the 90 days of intention journal and would like to find an accountability partner so we can help each other turbo charge achieving our goals.

Keep a journal of all the properties you look at (previewed), what was the SF price per property, the comments of the agents and sellers, study the history of the properties looked at; how long on the market (known as DOM) how many times has the price been reduced, what did the comments say, how many times has it been listed, talk to the prior listing agents, ask them why the property has not sole.....These are some starting ideas for you..............good luck

An article on the journal a month back talks about how Tesla is pulling in a lot of car design studios and parts suppliers into Fremont.

I already own 2 units in the Journal Square area that have good cash flow.

I take the top 3-5 in each category and write them in my journal.

Asked me to take pictures, text after text, phone calls to come right over and try this that, oh and can you track times of day, hence the journal.
