@Patrick Rich - It's sometimes difficult to find a CPA who both specializes in real estate and is located close to you in New Jersey.There are lots of good CPAs and Enrolled Agents on Bigger Pockets who work remotely and have clients all over the country.

Here in Florida, it's relatively easy to get set up to accept Section 8 - In fact, you don't even have to sign up in advance - You can find a tenant with a housing voucher first, and then enroll in the program.
