All of the buildable lots were bid up to about 50% of FMV.Also, it will be hard to borrow on these because title insurance companies won't insure on them for a period of years owing to the fact that they don't trust the delivery of notices to all possible parties.

I let my suppliers deliver their stuff, my time is much more valuable than free delivery. if they don't know that you could strong arm suppliers for a free delivery, maybe they're not as good as they say they are.

The maintenance person has their own code, the housekeepers have their own code, we can issue a one-time code for something like an appliance delivery -- its great.The first time you have a guest flight delayed and have to wait until late at night to have them 'video in' to you and get access, you might rethink the video access part.
