If I understand the question correctly, electric delivery is a monopoly pretty much everywhere and generation is where you might have a choice.

All of the buildable lots were bid up to about 50% of FMV.Also, it will be hard to borrow on these because title insurance companies won't insure on them for a period of years owing to the fact that they don't trust the delivery of notices to all possible parties.

I let my suppliers deliver their stuff, my time is much more valuable than free delivery. if they don't know that you could strong arm suppliers for a free delivery, maybe they're not as good as they say they are.

The maintenance person has their own code, the housekeepers have their own code, we can issue a one-time code for something like an appliance delivery -- its great.The first time you have a guest flight delayed and have to wait until late at night to have them 'video in' to you and get access, you might rethink the video access part.

No checks to deposit, ever.Also, General Delivery is still a thing, but you *do* have to get by the post office every so often for that.
