I have a rehab project I am working on and putting GE appliances in will cost me 1k more for cooktop, dishwasher and wall oven combined.I plan to put Kenmore but want to make sure that it will still command high resale value.Here are the popular brand I consider: GE, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Whirlpool, Frigidaire.Thanks so much for your help!!!

You certainly don't want to be borrowing against your 401K every time a dishwasher needs replaced or a tenant doesn't pay, even if they let you use that as qualification for your reserve requirements.
