I plan on taking the Real Estate Agent course to learn about the business and really know what i’m doing but i won’t be able to do that until after my wedding.I would like to be able to purchase my first home by the end of next year but have no idea how realistic that really is, my fiancé and i currently have no money saved (what we have will be for our wedding).

I hadn't considered auction . . . what sort of venue should I be looking for to do this?

The secondary market for electronics (craigslist, garage sales and estate auctions) is now an easy venue for an affordable HDTV.I plan on picking up several Smart TV's on Black Friday. 

My assumption is only based on that this is what I was told many moons ago when my then fiancé and I entered into a lease a month before our wedding.

It's a lot of house for me alone, and think the market for it would be doing a Short Term Rental with it for reunions, wedding parties, conference housing for BSSM, womens/mens groups, youth, etc. 

You may have sc**wed yourself.

They make great breweries and music venues as well. 

It's located minutes from the Yellowstone River, hot springs, and a popular lodge for weddings.
