I dunno....getting rid of modest cash flow homes/condos in a blue chip market like SD, and exchanging them for a whole bunch of B and C quality doors in a fly over state = a recipe for disaster IMO.

The blue and light orange colors go well together and are appealing to the eye.

It's unfortunate these blue states are pro-squatter, so you'll need to learn the eviction process like a pro.

I live in the Northeast but open to anywhere in the US Probably in your hometown unless you are in a super blue area or an unaffordable market.

Some will deal with it with no complaints as they go into the lease agreement understanding there will likely be noise, and some will complain till they're blue in the face at each and every noise even though they should expect it when agreeing to rent a duplex.
