Since i don't need to rely on steady income as a student i feel my situation is a bit different.What are my options for learning as much as i can about the career while still attending University?

Our family's goals are to pay off our consumer/student loan debts and have enough cash flow that I can cut back my hours (maybe to 0 hours) and travel full time in our travel trailer for a few years and then maybe go back to work but probably not.

Be conservative with this....student loans suck!

I am currently a fifth year (5/5) Mechanical Engineering student at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, I have recently accepted a full time job offer as a Mechanical Engineer at a chemical company located in Deer Park, TX with a start date in July 2019. 

While Hawaii didn't work out, i've since lost 90lbs, converted to Catholicism, found somewhat enjoyable full time employment that lets me put in a generous amount of overtime (Last week I worked 65 hours and on average 55+ hours a week, I haven't had a day off in months), started to tackle overwhelming student loan debt, volunteer, well...you get the idea. 

We're looking for a student rental property, and would love to touch base with a realtor and property manager in the area. 

So basically I got some quick question's mainly out of curiosity more than something I need right this moment so looking to get into student and want some good books/podcast I could learn from or some advice anyone reading this has.

Katy ISD has about 75,000 students this school year. 

They are building a second campus in Bryan and adding 25K students with a brand new community college.

Paying off student loan debt at 6.8% is a very attractive alternative.
