Hi - If you have access to MLS and do what they call a "custom search" - add words in to search in the "Remarks" field to look for like "bank owned", REO, foreclosure, etc.That's what we do.Good luck ...

Will,I've often seen (here in CA) properties with something like the following in the private remarks:"Days 0-7 offers will only be accepted from Non-Profit Organizations and Poorly Qualified Buyers Who Wouldn't Otherwise Have a Fighting Chance.

Unfortunately, I do not have a walkthrough checklist from that day either but hopefully my landlord will agree with @Richard C. as we've left it remarkably the same, however, even though my oven was not cleaned when we moved in I am going to assume responsibility for cleaning that as well.

You're doing a horrible job at picking me apart, besides needing some practice, might I suggest you learn how to properly use the quotes so that next time you don't make it look like I said all those generic and vaguely related 'I'm playing devils advocate' remarks you make.

I actually hope you'd stick around and be a viable part of the site.I do on average 2-3 Sub2's a month as well, with the occasional spurts of 4-5, I can't knock you on that, b/c I feel that's plenty........I will retract my remarks about your hair, understanding your heritage and your daughters wishes ( gotta respect a man who's daughter has him wrapped around her little finger) I have a 10 year and still haven't figured out how to tell her no when she asks for something. the corvette thing..............no biggie, I don't even think I made a remark about that, I think most investors drive regular cars anyways.as for the way you dress, that's where I think you and I will be differ.
