However, the property could be developed with several buildings and could ultimately accommodate more than 36 units.

It’s great to hear that you’re ready to dive into investing, and Pittsburgh is a fantastic choice with its diverse neighborhoods and growing market potential.

Based on what you guys have said so far, I see this not as ambiguity, but (it might be) a choice available to me as to when I want to consider the business started up (for tax purposes).

Ultimately, I always think the best place to house hack is in your own back yard.

I spent a lot of time thinking about this and who the ideal tenant would be and ultimately decided long-term would be best.

Ultimately if it does not, it might make sense to switch earlier than later.
