I have not had any luck with the new owner, and finding a new property manager of the same caliber has been tricky.

Find them at local real estate meetups, but be careful, it's a sketchy business overall.

We were extremely hard pressed to find a painter to do this which is why I said I could do it.

That sure is a pretty looking bridge, I hope the local people find it to be a very useful thing.
