I know for a fact when other LO's approach them some of them say they work with someone and keep it at that and some of them will approach me and ask if what they're being told is true.I find that a lot of Realtors these days will use whoever is the cheapest, or will print their flyers or help pay for marketing or sign an MSA agreement.

If you have letter stating they send to wrong address from collection agency you can provide to your LO they will send to their credit company and within a week they can do repaid scoring.
