Hello all,I am currently looking at my first deal and wanted to throw the numbers out there to make sure I'm in the ballpark.  

That's a shame as it really throws a wrench into the plans for those of us who would like to own full duplexes. 

It got thrown out since I had nothing to do with them throwing away “his“ stuff, but the judge did not like that I did not evict him even though he was not on the lease and the lease was clear that my tenant should be the only one living there.

Throw a month long process and credit report and start over, that makes a lot of sense

Also I will disclose that I do not know your area at all so consider anything I said just me throwing words on the screen that one little piece of data could make completely invalid any longer.Personally I am not a fan of renting out places with an HOA.

Worst case scenario bid is probably the best way to go and least risky.I'm still new to the note space, so just throwing some ideas out.Hope this helps.Jeff V

The pic throws the visual off because there is 70 years of caulking  (built 1948) at those joints.  

They may throw another number.

But I’ll leave a unit empty before i just throw a body in there to generate income.

Throw a LED bulb in there. look for someone storing a car or similar.
