There are tons of people that have no money management skills whatsoever nor have they been taught anything about financial responsibility.

To be a great realestate investor does not take a college degree whatsoever but what it does take is drive if you do not have drive you will not be successful.But there are some things that do require a college degree if that's what you want for a career nurse engineer teacher ect.

I am not mechanically inclined whatsoever.

So even if there was no population change whatsoever amongst the states, you'd expect about 5.5x more one-way trips out of CA than AZ, and you'd expect U-Haul to price them about 5.5x more expensively.Additionally, a 70% uptick in move-outs from Los Angeles might not mean much.

And sometimes, for no reason whatsoever, it just adds bulletpoints.
