They only offer a yearly subscription.

I get why you would want to for sure but it's just not information publicly available or even by subscription legitimately.

This is my first experience with MFR syndications and am looking for recommendations on an SEC attorney in California who can review the subscription and partnership agreements.

While they are "public" in the sense that they are required to be published in a local newspaper, those local newspapers may have a small subscription/distribution base so, someone like you or me that may not be local, may not be able to find a copy of the local paper or, may not be able to find it on line.

Its a $100 monthly subscription after the trial period. 

I have had my subscription for one month going on month two.

However, they have unlimited records available to them depending on their subscription level and can be a very affordable resource to you.
