Getting a few different opinions on the street so I’d like to get a few from the BP community.

-Wednesday, November 14th 2018 at 3:45pm-Joliet City Hall – 150 W Jefferson Street, Joliet, ILOne member of the Land Use Committee has been demonizing rental housing in Joliet and pushing for these inspections even though: The VAST Majority of property complaints are for owner/occupied housesRental inspections would cost the City at least a half a million dollars a yearRSVP by replying to this message and be sure to spread the word to landlords and property investors in and around Joliet. 

Plus, the area I found this property in is not always the best area crime rate around the street is high according to realtor website.

Prices are cheap and there are some good streets/areas still mixed in there.

This is the fundamental problem I have with Wall Street who takes too much fees off the hard-working efforts of the middle class. 

A house on the next street over sold back in June for 225k.

Here is two pictures of two streets compared in a multi decade time span as extreme examples,  one of a cash flow only area and one pic of both CF/AP.Which investors do you think had the better and more reliable returns?
