I think I'll write up a description; not too long or short (the one PM used is just two sentences), but to showcase the features of the house and why it's desirable and ask if he'd try using it.

If all you have is a single sentence, then so be it.

So now they can add a sentence at the end that says "and I know I am right because this black box process on the internet called Zestimate said I was"   And, it can not make your life harder on both sides at the same time on the same house.  

Just seems like he didn't want write an overtly short book so he kept adding words and sentences that really are unnecessary.
