That can be both good and bad...but you 100% need some paid support in your corner otherwise this issue will most likely spiral out of your control.There are some LA area developer and PM investors here on the forum get in touch with them, see if someone can help walk you through things and hire the atty and/or PM help you need to keep from making this situation worse...you admit you don't know much about leases etc, and that's totally fine.

First days then they rent a vehicle and start looking for other places in DR to visit and renting other Airbnbs depending on their route to explore the country, and get to know different tourist, historical, cultural spots and, as you said before, nightclubs if they are local, they go sightseeing. to explore every corner of the country, what there is in the city of Santo Domingo, there is not in Punta Cana and each city, no matter how small or large it may be in the Dominican Republic, has its essence and that is what keeps North Americans, Europeans, Latin Americans and Asians investing in different sectors of the country, just ask yourself this question because there are so many foreign and local investors in Punta Cana or the Dominican Republic in general, the answer is simple, remember, the Dominican Republic has it all.

Just like the rest of the house, the roof is also shifting and settling in... if they made the roof "tight" then yes you are going to have some places where corners might break or things happen.

I had friends who always had nice cars, or credit cards their parents paid off, but I remember I had the oldest car at school, and boy I let my parents know it.They bought me my second car, which I still drive to this day, and have helped me many times in the past, but I don't think I asked for anything too outlandish, though compared to some folks whose comments I have read here I was very fortunate.I think the biggest thing they gave me was the knowledge that someone was in my corner.
