That's an incredibly long time for a home to not move.

I do have 760+ credit score but just don't have money to make down payment at this time. 

It's fun putting together and executing these longer-range strategies, and one can create incredible wealth-building strategies.

It's also seasonal, but we had an incredible year.

It is usually a soft pull so it doesn't affect you as much and if it does lower your score by a few points it is nothing to worry about.

Fast forward to now, and there is an incredible opportunity to buy out old folks like me.

For example I made close to 200,000 in 2021 , but only have my house to show for it and 46,000 in tax debt and it’s also under my wife’s name because my credit score was not good enough to get the loan.

I think this program is an incredible way for new young investors who might make under the income limit, to house hack in high cost areas, which will appreciate well, and then afterward they can buy more rental property potentially in cash flow areas.   

Also, I had no credit score here in the US, so it was difficult to get a loan.

Currently you need GOOD CREDIT (or have a partner who does) - 720+ mid-score is ideal4.
