It's going to be bumpy ride.

I'm going to ride this virus out right here in my home in Austin.

I would assume using other new construction rents and values is not accurate, as these tend be to more D areas, with low income and high crime, at least in the QOZs in and around Cincinnati, that I know very well.And yes, long term money does allow for riding out any economic storm, like we are experiencing.  

If the whole family comes and has some fun riding the bike trail or swimming, I am still working on it so all the better.I just know what I am doing when I am there.

What a wild ride it has been!

With the current crisis going on alot of people will look to get ride of their properties to get much needed cash.

I would rather give up my profit for a month or 2, than lose tenants by them either just moving back in to relatives or deciding that they will take the hit of an eviction (they just put in an eviction moratorium in Atlanta) and ride it out as long as they can, which would give me no payment to cover my mortgages. 

Do you have any extra tips for getting a tenant that is not just wanting a free ride during this pandemic with the halt on evictions?

I have hung up my wings but maybe I can bum a ride.. 

That buys 2 subway rides and a sandwich.So what?
