I started investing here after moving from Florida because of the growing area.

Frankly, I’m growing increasingly of the opinion that if people think they can get rich without time and sacrifice, they can learn elsewhere.

Most investors are looking for an area that Landlord laws are favorable, and  the economy is growing and the population is growing.  

I'm looking forward to learning and growing, and hope to make some solid connections along the way.

I was nervous to bring more help on full time when growing but it has given me room to expand more easily.
