I have colleagues that are Architects in Bozeman, mentors in Big Sky that are developers, and I am connected to most of the pieces of the puzzle for developing a lot.  

Reducing your taxes and liabilities is also a huge piece of the puzzle as well@Edward Kanive - Nice you house hacked during residency. 

One thing puzzles me though, I realize I usually don't consider the mortgage interest deduction and Depreciation expense when evaluating properties but these are huge aids in wealth building.

This was a critical piece of the due diligence puzzle, as there were many things we wouldn't have know to ask had it not been for her.

As with any workbook, write one equation at a time until the puzzle is complete.

I think I just got spoiled on things going so smoothly up until this point and forgot about all the constantly moving puzzle pieces that have to go together a certain way.

Our circumstances are a little unique and I just want to see if there’s a way to use it to our advantage.We currently live and work in South Florida, but if opportunities are scarce here, we would consider a move to Central or the West coast of Florida.Thanks for any and all comments in helping to put this puzzle together.

It quite puzzles me that in Ohio big cities, only Columbus is gaining population, while Cleveland, Cincinnati and Toledo are losing people.
