I am a private money lender. 

I'm new to larger-scale private capital raising (did a little bit with first airbnb project) and am looking for advice.

Typically, if there is a mold issue, it will be caught by the private inspection - if it's caught at all.

I borrow from private lenders all the time and its my primary source of capital for the rentals to do.
